FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The answers below cover the topics we hear about most when guests are preparing for their trek. If you need anything else, our team is only a message away.
What skillset and fitness level are required?
Previous high-altitude experience helps, but steady cardio training and a willingness to follow your guide's pacing are the most important requirements.
What equipment is provided?
Technical gear such as ropes, group tents, and safety equipment are supplied. You only need your personal clothing layers and preferred hiking accessories.
Will I get my own guide?
Groups are kept intentionally small, pairing every 4-5 trekkers with a lead guide and support Sherpa so you always have direct assistance on the trail.
Will the expedition cost include travel?
Internal transfers between Kathmandu, Lukla, and the trailheads are covered. International flights should be arranged separately to suit your schedule.
